“Dominator culture has tried to keep us all afraid, to make us choose safety instead of risk, sameness instead of diversity. Moving through that fear, finding out what connects us, reveling in our differences; this is the process that brings us closer, that gives us a world of shared values, of meaningful community.”

The co-facilitators, Anna Yeakley and Teresa Graham Brett, each have over 20 years of intergroup dialogue facilitation and training experience, and have been working together over the past 3 years to develop high quality trainings for senior leaders and diversity personnel that are in-depth in skill development, efficient in terms of time, and highly accessible using online technology.
I would strongly endorse this online dialogue facilitation training. Anna and Teresa provide thorough and relevant instruction in a professional and safe environment. Their years of expertise were apparent as they coached and mentored our group on a variety of complex topics and skills with ease and aplomb. I look forward to future opportunities to continue learning from them.

Anna and Teresa are an incredible duo. This experience allowed me to connect with professionals across the globe while engaging in meaningful dialogue and skill building opportunities. This work is never done, nor is it ever absolute, this opportunity allowed me to grow, reflect and continue to engage in the difficult and rewarding work that continues to reaffirm my commitment to social justice education.

"In the face of daunting challenges, we must summon the courage to believe we are the ones we have been waiting for, take risks, and experiment towards solutions. Why do it? Because you will become the leader we need. Because together we will become the leadership we collectively need." Jodie Tonita (from Adrienne Maree Brown's Emergent Strategy)
